Year 10 Spring Term Duke of Edinburgh’s Award
The school offers the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award as a two-year programme for pupils in Years 10 and 11.
This award helps pupils develop new skills, build confidence, and become more independent through a mix of activities: physical challenges, learning new skills, volunteering, and taking part in an expedition.
For the first half of the spring term, pupils will continue working on their skills section before moving on to the physical section in the second half. The physical section focuses on improving overall fitness, health, and wellbeing through regular activity.
